Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing LA SKINxBODY. Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To protect the time of our providers and ensure availability for all guests, the following booking and cancellation policies apply. Booking & Deposits A valid card on file is required for all appointments booked through GlossGenius. Select services may require a non-refundable booking deposit at the time of scheduling. Deposits are applied toward your final service total. Deposits help protect reserved appointment times and reduce last-minute cancellations and no-shows. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We kindly request at least 48 hours notice for any cancellations or appointment changes. * Cancellations or reschedules made with more than 48 hours notice may transfer the deposit one time to a new appointment date. * Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit and may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the reserved service total. * Same-day cancellations and no-shows may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service amount. * Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule depending on the service booked and provider availability. Lash Appointment Policy To maintain service quality and timing: * Please arrive with clean lashes and minimal eye makeup. * Foreign fills from another artist may require additional time, correction fees, or a full removal/new set appointment. * Lash fill appointments scheduled beyond the recommended fill timeframe may be considered a full set. Massage & Body Treatment Policy For massage therapy and body treatments: * Intake forms must be completed prior to your appointment. * Please notify us of injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy, recent procedures, or contraindications before your session. * Late arrivals may shorten hands-on treatment time to avoid delaying the next guest. Children & Guests To preserve a luxury and relaxing environment, only clients receiving services should attend appointments unless prior arrangements have been made. Refund Policy Due to the nature of beauty, wellness, and personal care services, all services rendered are non-refundable. If concerns arise, please contact us within 48 hours so we may review and provide an appropriate adjustment if applicable. Right to Refuse Service LA SKINxBODY reserves the right to refuse service to anyone displaying inappropriate behavior, repeated no-shows, excessive late cancellations, or disrespect toward staff or guests. Policy Acknowledgment By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to all booking, deposit, cancellation, and service policies listed above. GlossGenius supports deposits, card-on-file requirements, and cancellation fee enforcement for appointment-based beauty businesses.
